All registration fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for participant cancellations, missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, illness, or injury. Please confirm your availability before registering. If the organizer cancels the clinic, registration fees will be refunded. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
